Yunnan Pu Erh Tea . (Pu Erh red tea)
Red tea differs from black tea in that, after oxidation, it is fermented by microorganisms, giving the tea a greater complexity of aromas and flavors. It is known as Pu Erh Tea because it is the original area of this appreciated type of tea.
This Pu Erh has a soft character, where the characteristic notes of red tea are appreciated, such as sweet notes and earthy, old and humid memories that perfectly accompany the powerful flavor of smoked cheeses like Idiazabal .
Ginger Lemon. (Ginger, lemongrass, licorice, lemon peel, spearmint)
Infusion with an intense citrus aroma, a sweet taste with citrus notes and a slight spice and a sweet, fresh aftertaste with a spicy background. It is the only infusion that we have tried that combines in a spectacular way with blue cheeses. Ginger is very well understood with salty notes and licorice gives it a sweet and fun finish. The rest of the components help to communicate countryside, nature, wet grass ... The link with the blues is evident. It works very well with the salinity of the cheese and the depth of its aromas.
