Ingenuity and Wisdom

These are the two ingredients of a project born from the desire to combine all the creativity of Andoni Luis Aduriz and the knowledge of La Tetera Azul in a line of infusions designed for drinking and cooking.

The Joko series - "game" in Basque - is made up of three infusions Harri, Orri and Ar - which translates as Stone, Paper or Scissors - in reference to the millenary hand game that has travelled around the world awakening mental acuity. You will discover a world of possibilities inside a teabag.


Harri is characterised by being robust and intense. With an earthy, moist and slightly smoky aroma, it is composed of lapsand souchon, reishi mushroom, wakame* seaweed, aniseed, mint, apple, chamomile, fennel and onion.

This infusion is designed to prepare recipes with vegetables such as beetroot and cabbage or for the preparation of various sauces.


*May contain traces of fish, crustaceans and/or molluscs.

How to prepare if you are going to take it as an infusion:

Place a pyramid in a cup and pour boiling water over it. Cover and leave to infuse for 5 minutes to allow the flowers and fruits to unfold all their essences. Serve it in those two-handed mugs and warm up your mood at any time.
