Storepharmadus.com purchases can be paid by:
- Cash on delivery (You pay the goods upon delivery).
- By bank transfer (the processing of the order will take more time).
- Credit or debit card.

Storepharmadus.com is enrolled in BANCO ABANCA internet payment gateway. Your data will travel encrypted through a safe way by Internet (Securit Socket Layers). The secure payment system of BANCO ABANCA guarantees that the owners of the virtual trade or third parties will not have access to your bank details or credit card details.
Once the data has been entered, the bank shall validate your credit card and shall recover the purchase. At this moment, the order will be effective and it will be processed.
Sale prices and conditions are only informative and they can be changed because of the market fluctuations. Nevertheless, filling out the order form when you make the order implies the accordance with the price and with the currently valid general business and sales conditions.
Once the order has been placed, the purchase shall mean full right, with all the legal guarantees available to the consumer. Since that moment, prices and conditions become a contract, so they cannot be changed without the specific consent of the contracting parties.
Spanish will be the language used to formalize the contract. The electronic document of this insurance will be archived and the consumer will be able to use it in the customer service area.
In the "pickup-point" option PHARMADUS will not send any orders to the customer's address. It will be the customer who will pick up their order at our headquarters in Camponaraya within the day and time previously agreed upon.

Delivery times will be from 24 hours after the user places the order (except Saturdays and Sundays). On the day established for the collection, the customer must ring the bell located on the outer door of the headquarters to indicate to the workers that they are coming to collect an order.
It is recommended that payment be made in advance at the time of collection to avoid waiting times. If you do not choose the Cash on Delivery method of payment, it will be charged at the time of collection. The payment methods available at the time of collection are Cash and Credit Card.
The client could proceed to refund the products, in case of bad conditions reception, damages in the delivery or dissatisfaction of the client. In this case the import of the purchase wil be repay to the cliente, for the entire cost (Product plus delivery costs). The period for refunds is maximum 14 natural days, since reception from the client. The client will return the products in perfect conditions (being able to manipulate it to check its good condition). If the product is not refund in the same packaging in which it was delivered it could suppose a depreciation.
In case of receiving a defective product, the customer will proceed to the replacement thereof, steps that will be free for the customer. From the delivery of the product to the customer, will be responsible for the faults on it up to a period of 2 years, taking into account that the guarantee is applied according to the nature of the goods sold and the life of the product. The customer must inform of the lack of conformity with the products purchased within a maximum period of 2 months from the knowledge of such compliance.

The delivery times range between 48 and 72 hours of working days established for the work calendar of the city of Origin and Destination. The city of origin will be for all shipments from Ponferrada (León), and the destination city at the delivery address of the client. Delivery times depend on the availability of each product, which is indicated in each and every product offered. In the orders that include several articles, a single shipment is made and the delivery time corresponds to the item whose delivery time is the highest.
