ALHAJAS is an infusion inspired by the album Alhajas by pianist María Dolores Gaitán. It combines green tea with mint, citrus, spices, and delicate floral notes such as rose, jasmine, and orange blossom.
An aromatic and balanced blend, fresh and slightly spiced, ideal to enjoy at any time of day.
Ingredients per cup:
2 g of tea (approximately one teaspoon)
200 ml of water
Heat the water until it boils (100°C).
Add the tea to a cup or teapot.
Pour the hot water over the tea.
Let it steep for 5 minutes.
Strain and serve.
It can be enjoyed on its own or with a touch of honey, if desired.
